I’m Lauren Hausheer MS, RDN, LD, RYT

As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, sports dietitian, Registered Yoga Teacher and holistic wellness expert, I guide health conscious individuals to uncover what their unique bodies and minds need for optimal health.

I understand firsthand how navigating confusing health trends and expert opinions can feel overwhelming and make you distrust your own body. My personal journey to overcome chronic physical and mental health challenges led me to a profound understanding of self-healing.
