Hi There, I’m Lauren

I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master’s Degree in Exercise & Sports Nutrition and a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. I also have specialized training in Ayurveda, meditation and somatic/emotional resolution practices. My holistic approach is designed to guide you through overcoming anxiety and digestive issues by addressing your physical, mental and emotional health to empower you to reclaim your well-being and discover true ease in your mind and body.

I believe that each person’s needs are unique and that our bodies have remarkable self-healing capabilities. Too often, people conform to external standards, trendy diets or workouts that simply don’t align with their physical and emotional needs, leading to distress and imbalance in the mind and body.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting a diverse range of cleints, including professional and collegiate athletes, special ops military personnel, Fortune 500 executives, weekend warriors, and busy parents in improving their health and performance.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, stress, or insomnia, the key to healing is  reconnecting to your body and mind on a deeper level.

No one can tell you what’s right for you. No study or news headline understands what your body needs right now. Chasing the latest health trends, popular supplements, and fad diets will lead to self-doubt, confusion and worsen your symptoms.

My approach empowers you to connect to your body’s innate wisdom, address old emotional patterns, and calm the nervous system so the body can heal itself. Together we’ll find your unique path to lasting mental and physical health.

“I know where you are, because I’ve been there too.”

My personal and professional experiences have taught me that chronic issues with fatigue, insomnia, stress, anxiety, pain and digestive problems are all missed signals that the body is out of balance. It’s easy to feel like you have not found the right program or there is something wrong with you. The truth, though, is your body is trying to tell you something.

Our lives have become focused on accomplishing more and we’ve forgotten to take time to go within. We forget that we are not only physical beings, but also mental, emotional and spiritual. Old thought patterns, repressed emotions and unresolved trauma are often running the show, desperately trying to get our attention so we can heal and live our lives more fully. I too thought I was weak, destined to always be unhealthy, unhappy with my body image and plagued by constant fatigue and anxiety. I now see these all as gifts that forced my awareness inwards, so I am now able to live a more fulfilling and vibrant life.

Rather than feel like you’re fighting with your body, I invite you to see your “problems” as clues, to listen and be willing to learn the lessons. Once we heed the underlying message and bring balance to our lives, we can watch the list of ailments began to fade away like magic and make way for vibrant wellness.
